Proven, Research-Based Approach

The Hold Me Tight® Workshop is an experiential and educational program aimed to help couples learn about the factors that tear relationships apart and give participants guided corrective experiences that can help bring them back into restored relationships. It follows the Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) approach which is based in 30+ years of research on relationships and bonding. EFT is endorsed by the American Psychological Association (APA) as a scientifically proven method that helps create loving relationships and lasting bonds, and we are so excited to share it with you in the form of this experiential workshop.

Rebuild Connection. Experience Lasting Change.

Attachment science tells us we are wired for connection, and the need to be loved is present from the cradle to the grave. But for many reasons couples stop turning towards each other and get tangled in damaging patterns of interaction that work against connection. During the workshop, we will help you learn about your negative pattern of interaction and how to combat it. We help couples build trust and forgiveness, reignite passion, and develop effective communication strategies in conflict.

During your Hold Me Tight® workshop, you will experience a combination of presentation material, small group discussions, video presentations, guided conversations, private conversations with your partner, and the opportunity to receive guidance from a licensed therapist regarding the workshop materials. All the content and activities have the primary goal of helping couples repair and reconnect and by the end of the workshop, couples leave with a plan for what to do when they get disconnected.  Please consider joining us at our next event.  Further information about the workshop, upcoming events, and links for registration and payment can be found at this link:  www.holdmetightstl.com.
